the location was excellent Ocean front room with limited traffic on the beach. The breakfast in the morning was convient and clean.

The room was a C-. The bathtub was chipped and stained the water was yellow in color. There was a kitchenette but no silverware dinner ware or pots and pans so it was basically useless. When I asked the front desk they replied that it was abused by former guests and became to much of a hassel to replace and clean. The balcony was the best part but right by a busy stairwell so there was no privacy and extra noise. Also the balconies showed wear and had concrete falling off of the base. Made me question the safety. The hotel next door was under construction so noise from that was loud.Overall I would not go back I would look for better accomodations.

The convenience of having breakfast choices at the hotel. Ample and free parking on their premises.All rooms having ocean view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Having stayed at this hotel before,returning to it felt like "homecoming". During cool and windy days it would be good to have a "heated" pool, and not wait for the sun to heat the water.

It wasn't clean. I was lied to and over charged. The pool is too small. It was difficult getting breakfast. They did not serve tea and coffee as they advertised. Because I was lied to, my guests and I didn't trust anyone.

could have been more towels to use. and restock of the condiments. All in all the experience was nice for a little getaway.

Unfortunately it was located next to a very run down building but no problem.

The employees were very nice and helpful

The remote did not match the TV. The shower was lacking. Great beach. We went to daytona 400 and it was perfect for that.
